OUR METHOD
Tower Reformer Pilates
All of our classes are taught using Tower Reformer machines. Pilates exercises can be designed to focus on different parts of your body such as your core, back, arms, or legs. The machines in the studio are designed to help you work on these specific parts of your body. The reformer is a machine that uses springs to lift and support your body while holding different positions. The way the machine works is you place your feet on the footrests, grab the handles, and lean back until you feel a stretch in your spine. You then move up or down in order to target specific muscles or muscle groups.
Each changing room has a private WC and shower.
Separate female and male changing rooms fitted with lockers.
Hot and cold drinks provided at the bar area
